“ Good food Good service Fair prices and a great location in the center of town Delicious home made soup ”
“ Creative menus, especially for breakfast. The hot chocolate brings out the kid in me! Always friendly service too. I was there with my daughter and returned three weeks later with the whole family and the waitress recognized us and greeted us like old friends. ”
“ This is the 3rd time coming here, and once again had a great breakfast! Ordered the pumpkin pancakes, which were fabulous, and a side of potatoes, which do have good seasoning. Service was efficient and the waiter was friendly. I was there fairly early so it was nice and quiet with only a handful of people inside, which I prefer. Overall excellent experience. ”
“ Visiting Philadelphia? Don't forget to waddle over to the suburbs and check out Turning Point! This restaurant has a vibe so light and airy, it feels like you're dining in a linen-scented breeze (seriously, is that a thing? ). I kicked things off with a cup of coffee that was richer than my cousin's collection of novelty socks! The menu? Oh boy, it was choc-full of breakfast delights that made me feel like a kid in a candy store--if the candy store was all about pancakes and bacon! I went for the breakfast combo, which included a Belgian waffle, scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. It was like the Avengers of breakfast on my plate! And let's not forget about the berry smoothie I tried--it was so fresh, I half-expected it to start singing! My friend opted for the oatmeal, which was served in a bowl big enough to hold a small family reunion. Seriously, it looked like the kind of bowl you'd bring to a soup kitchen! We sat at the bar and were served by Allison, who was like the breakfast fairy! She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and just all-around pleasant--like a warm hug in human form. We'd definitely sit in her section again and again, like a sitcom that never gets old! If you're in the area, I highly recommend this breakfast spot for a deliciously fun start to your day! ”
“ It's 4th of July so pretty busy. It's good to call ahead and get on the waiting list which reduced our wait time to 10 minutes. They have added a lot of new items to the menu along with their summer menu. Their coffee is still good with several French Press options and cold brew ”
“ Even on a busy Sunday we had great service! They were definitely understaffed but the quality of the food and service was not affected. I had the delicious mochachino and they even gave me a Togo cup when i didn't finish it during brunch. Wilbur skillet was an incredible portion as was the sandwich. A great twist on classic Sunday breakfast ”
“ Came here on a Sunday morning around 10am before going to Trader Joe's (next door). This is our second time at a Turning Point, the first at this location. Walked right and sat without a wait. Our coffee came quickly and the food was right after. We didn't feel pressured to eat and leave. They offered refill cups of coffee for the road. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend! ”
